Too little time to work out?

Hi everyone,

I’m back after a short break in writing. I regret that I didn’t find more time to note my thoughts on the paper because I had some brilliant ideas of topics which have just flown away. Don’t worry though. My head is full of new concepts.

Recently, I’ve noticed that people (including me) are not so keen on sports after Christmas time than they are before this period. From the place where I live, I observe normally hundreds of runners, cyclists or walkers. The point is that they are less and less visible. I have to admit that I’ve been also very lazy since December. I don’t really spend much time on working out. It’s quite surprising for me as I’m rather an active person who claims that every kind of physical activity is good for our health especially for our spirit.
 
Fortunately, the days are becoming longer and longer so we’ll have more and more positive energy. I can start planning some outdoor activities like tennis, football or volleyball. These are the disciplines I like the most. I’m really looking forward to going swimming in the lake or in the sea. To sum up, I’m just hungry of holidays :)

Next time, I'll be more productive. I promise :)
